Includes normal consumption of electricity, heating oil and VAT @ 20%.
We reserve the right to alter the rental in the event of any change in the basic rate of VAT.
We reserve the right to make an additional charge for electricity and heating oil if consumption has been excessive.
Prices are per week and inclusive of heating, firewood and linen.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome in Lochs Lodge, Gatehouse & Bothy – the price is £30 per dog per week. Dogs are not permitted in Riverside.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The full balance is due one month prior to arrival.
We accept payment by debit card or bank transfer.
DOMESTIC ARRANGEMENTS – Cottages are provided with duvets, pillows, linen and towels.
Guests should bring any additional blankets they may feel necessary.
Bookings are made on receipt of a deposit payment (which is non-returnable) of not less than 50% of the total cost. This can be done by telephoning 01786 849272. Bookings will be made on the basis of “first come, first served” but we do reserve the right to refuse or revoke any booking which in our sole opinion may be unsuitable without giving any reason and no correspondence will entered into.
OCCUPATION – Is from 4.30 p.m. and vacation not later than 9.30 a.m. on day of departure.
CLEANING – All properties are cleaned before your arrival and it would be appreciated if you could leave it in similar condition. If extra cleaning is required, we reserve the right to make a further charge.
SMOKING – Is not permitted within any of the properties.
BREAKAGES – We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage done to the property or any of the equipment.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT – Please note there is no public transport in the area.
TELEPHONES – Please note there is no mobile phone signal in Glenlyon. Wi-Fi is available in all properties.
