The Bothy Self Catering Cottage is located at Gallin Farm, Glen Lyon.
Sleeps six people in 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be made up as twins or superkings – please specify your requirements at time of booking. The third bedroom has a double bed.
The accommodation is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen.
Accommodation consists of a lounge/dining area with wood burning stove (logs provided), Freeview TV and WiFi.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
Bathroom with feature window and separate shower room.
There is adequate external parking.
The Bothy has access to a Drying Room for outdoor clothing.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Bothy.
Well behaved dogs are welcome (up to a maximum of 2) but must be kept under close control at all times and must not be allowed onto any of the furniture. There is an additional charge of £30 per dog.

Occupation is from 4.30pm on day of arrival and vacation no later than 9.30am on departure day.
Killin (about 15 miles) and Aberfeldy (about 22 miles) both have a varied choice of shops, eating places, banks, golf courses and other leisure facilities.
Just 2.5 miles from The Bothy is the Post Office and General Store of Bridge of Balgie and from which most provisions can be obtained – (Telephone No. 01887-866221). There is also a tea room serving light snacks and home baking.
There are plenty of opportunities for hill walking in this beautiful scenic area and to generally observe nature in this unspoilt location.
