Riverside Cottage was fully refurbished during 2020 and now offers a warm, welcoming, comfortable accommodation.
Sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Bedrooms can be made up with either two single beds or one kingsize bed – please specify your requirements at time of booking.
The accommodation is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave.
Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Lounge with wood burning stove (logs provided), Freeview TV and WiFi.
Bathroom with over bath shower.
Large enclosed garden with furniture and wonderful views of the River Lyon.
Adequate parking.
Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are provided.

Killin (about 15 miles) and Aberfeldy (about 22 miles) both have a varied choice of shops, eating places, banks, golf courses and other leisure facilities.
Just 0.25 miles from Riverside is the Post Office and General Store of Bridge of Balgie and from which most provisions can be obtained – (Telephone No. 01887-866221). There is also a tea room serving light snacks and home baking.
There are plenty of opportunities for hill walking in this beautiful scenic area and to generally observe nature in this unspoilt location.
